What is Dye Sublimation?
Dye sublimation is a fairly new technology that diffuses dye into specially treated paper. The dye is delivered in the form of a ribbon with four panels (cyan, magenta, yellow, and clear UV sealer). The dyes in the ribbon are connected into a diffused gas when heat is applied via the print head. The dye is then absorbed by a social layer on the paper. The print head heats to varying temperatures, which creates different shades of color (256 levels of each color for a total of 16.77 million true colors). The last pass on the print uses the clear coat to seal the image onto the paper to protect it against UV light, fingerprints, and water.
There is no smudging, running, or blotching because prints are dry immediately upon leaving the printer. All this happens at a rate far faster than other types of printing technologies.
When will my pictures be online?

If your pictures were taken at Dollywood (Pigeon Forge, TN) or Silver Dollar City (Branson, MO) then your pictures should be online the following day. Click on See My Photos, enter your username (DOL for Dollywood guests or SDC for Silver Dollar City guests) and your password (located beneath the barcode on your order card), type in your email address, and press login.
It's the next day and your pictures are still not online?

Ye Old Time Photos at Scarborough Renaissance Festival or Texas Renaissance Festival or Photos with Santa?
If your pictures were taken at Scarborough Faire (Waxahachie, TX), Texas Renaissance Festival (Plantersville, TX), or Photos with Santa (Southlake, TX) then your pictures should be online the tuesday following the weekend you visited us. Click on See My Photos, enter your username (SCA for Scarborough Renaissance Festival, TRF for Texas Renaissance Festival in the studio, TRFFG for Texas Reaniassance Festival front gate, or SLC for Photos with Santa in Southlake, TX) and your password (located beneath the barcode on your order card), type in your email address, and press login.
It's past the tuesday following the weekend I visited or the date I was instructed they would be online?

What if I cannot find my pictures?
Problem with our site?
Are you having an issue finding the link to find your pictures? Click on See My Photos here or at the top of any of our primary pages. A new page should launch with a login screen. Enter your user name, password, and email then press "Login."
"Sorry, we couldn't find your pictures!" appears?
Please make sure your Username and Password is correct and try again. If you recieve the message again, please call us (972) 723-5071 Monday-Friday 9:00A.M. - 5:00 P.M (CST). We will be happy to help you find your pictures by contacting the studio and have them upload your pictures.
Lost your Username or Password?
Call us (972) 723-5071 Monday-Friday 9:00A.M. - 5:00 P.M (CST). Please include the following information when you call us. Where did you get your picture taken? When did you visit? Approximately what time? How many people were in your party (adults, children, approximate age)? What costume era were you wearing? What set were you on? Also include a contact number. We will find your pictures and give you your Username and Password.
I've entered my username and password according to the card and I still cannot find my pictures.
Please give us a call at (972) 723-5071 Monday-Friday 9:00A.M. - 5:00 P.M (CST). We will be happy to help you find your pictures. Chances are the did not upload properly and we need to correct the problem.
Somebody else's pictures show up when I enter my password.
